Add chopped pineapples with half a cup of water in a mixy jar and then grind them to make a smooth paste. Put a pan on the stove and set your pineapple puree in the pan. Next add sugar and continue stirring it for around 20 to thirty minutes. After this is done, add the colouring agent (preferably yellow) and 1 tsp of lemon to the puree. When the mixture becomes too thick and sticky, transfer it to a serving bowl.
