- Telogen effluvium is a less severe kind of hair loss wherein, hair stops growing and falls out after two or three weeks. However, they grow back within 6 to 9 months. In telogen effluvium, psychological and psychological pressure takes hair into resting phase. The negative and uncomfortable feelings such as stress, fatigue, anxiety, loneliness, tension, and frustration are some of its causes.

- Low estrogen level, especially posts childbirth.
- A rigorous low-calorie diet.
- Birth control pills.
